I deleted the app — does my data go away?+
No. Your plan, logs, and history live on our servers and are restored when you sign in again on the same email or phone number. To delete your data, see the request flow at the bottom of this page.
I subscribed but Pro features are still locked.+
Open Profile → tap your plan row to restore the purchase. Apple/Google receipts can take up to a minute to reflect after checkout. If it still fails, email support@onlygains.ai with the email tied to your subscription and we will fix it manually.
Photo logging never finishes.+
The first attempt sometimes hits a slow region. Try again in good light, full meal in frame. If it still fails after two attempts, log the food manually using Search — you won't lose the meal. We're actively improving photo reliability; reports help, so screenshot + email us if it happens repeatedly.
How do I switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?+
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → OnlyGains. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Email privacy@onlygains.ai from the email on your account and we'll send a JSON export within 14 days, in line with our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the app → Profile → Account → Delete account. Or email privacy@onlygains.ai from the email on your account. We remove all personal data within 30 days; aggregated anonymous metrics may persist.
